Re: What can you do with your Touch Pro

My company gave me a laptop and a Digital camera. I need to Take pictures of projects, communicate with email, use .pdf files and .xls documents, I need a wireless internet connection to be able to send and receive these documents, and I drive all over BFE doing this work for Home Depot. I almost giggled when I told them I haven't been using ANY of the equipment they gave me.....

I use the iGo chargers too. Been using them for 4 years (I have like 25 tips) I still use my original one that I bought. I have upgraded to a larger current iGo so I can charge multiple devices at once (and plug it into the wall). I highly recommend these devices to anyone that wants a high quality charger and alot of versatility.

Re: What can you do with your Touch Pro

Beyond having fun modding it and looking cool:

I control my laptop with it:

Works with iTunes too, which is SWEET

Now about this broadcasting FM... could I do that off a stock sprint rom or do I have to flash a custom one?

Re: What can you do with your Touch Pro

There's so much I can do with my TP, but one of the cooler and most helpful things is that I can connect to my work's file server via Citrix.

I was pretty amazed the first time it came up successfully.

Re: What can you do with your Touch Pro

--My biggest need is Outlook with Exchange server. Very cool to make one change on any of my computers or TouchPro and have my email, files, calendar, tasks and contacts sync'd
--The phone is okay but I don't like the dialer
--I love SlingBox -- have two slingbox sets one from my place in chicago and the other in MN so I can see local news/tv wherever I am in addition to cable and directv. If that doesn't work I also have Sprint TV
--I use Resco Radio a lot and have found several really cool international radio stations as well as my college b-ball team using this application and PLS files.
--The Sirius application is great when I want to listen to Howard Stern on the road.
--I use a bluetooth hands free in the care with the BTooth free application that runs all of sounds through the Bluetooth device
--Sprint Navigator of course with real traffic
--A couple of freeware finance /expense applications to track business expenses and my Poker wins and losses.
--Use the opera browser to check my business mobile dashboard--get a snapshot of all of my key business metrics data.
--Microsoft LiveSearch for Movies and business listings
--Just starting to use Google Maps with Lattitude but not sure if I like it
--Have some music but prefer the ipod --wish I could get all my music to the Touchpro
--Would like to learn how to get movies from DVD to SD card--ideas?

I am interested in seeing what else you all do with your Touch Pro so I can add some additional applications.
