Bluetooth startup issues.
 

I tried to start my bluetooth today and I get the spinning pinwheel thing then the screen goes back to my settings screen with the bluetooth still not enabled. When I go into bluetooth settings and look for device I get a Bluetooth hardware error.

Anyone have this problem or know of a fix not involving a hard reset. I have soft reset a couple times with no luck.
