Sprint Touch Pro only shows 188 megs of ram? other problems?

Ok.. i recently flashed to Juggalos rom which overall i really like. Probably is my phone now shows that i have only 188 total megs of ram and only 90 megs free after a soft reset. Doesn't seem normal to me.. Also, when i use Opera it often says i'm out of memory and says to close a tab even though i only have one open. Any one have any thoughts on this?

1. my memory is 183.17 mb total with 109.49mb free but im using the Juiocy rom

2. the site that you are viewing maybe to large. you may have other programs open taking up memory. you may want to try a hard reset if all elce fails.

Ok... maybe not so abnormal. Myspace seems to be the main page that runs out of memory. Never had this problem before Juggalos, but otherwise i'm very satisfied with his rom.

Myspace does take up a lot of memory.

It is because he has a higher PP.... I only have 70 MB free on boot cuz mine is 64MB

Myspace does take up a lot of memory

Now that I look at mine, it only says 191.20 total Program Memory. Isn't this supposed to have 288? (Sprint)

We go through this with each device.

The total RAM is 288

After windows boots, it stops telling you about the huge honking massive chunks of ram it needs just to struggle to its knees and belch "Welcome" onto the screen. It does this to make you feel better. Because it's not even close to done burning ram

On a STOCK sprint rom, after boot it claims "203.24 MB" total ram. Somehow it forgot to mention the 85MB its using for its own purposes.

The good news is that there is a boatload of ram, which makes it a lot faster and (other then Myspace... wow that must be one heck of a hog!) the 100MB or so that's free after everything else loads is more then enough.

i believe your verizon touch pro has less Ram than the sprint version...
