Changing shortcut icons (explained)

Don't know if you followed my post on the iris browser and wanting to change a icon for a shortcut but there was nothing on the web that I could find but I finally figured it out. see below
  1. Download a free program called IcoFX here (this is for windows)
  2. Once in the program go to file open and grab the image you want to make into your new icon
  3. Do a file save as and save it as a windows icon (.ico)
  4. Extract the exe from your ppc and save it on your computer
  5. Go to Tools Resource Editor in IcoFx
  6. Click open and navigate to the exe
  7. select the main logo
  8. click the change icon (icon at top of this window)
  9. Navigate to where you saved the ico
  10. click save
  11. I got a few errors but it changed the icon once it was done, I just copied it back to my ppc and now its changed!
Hope this helps someone
