Screen rotation lag

Is there any fix out there that could speed up the screen rotation when the keyboard is opened. It takes my touch pro about 6-8 seconds to rotate even with no programs running. Any help out there

Are you using a custom ROM? I am using a custom ROM and it takes under a second for me.

I'm using juggalo's rom, the newest version
