I was thinking to my self dang my sprint picture mail still dont work ,I already tried the update no luck so i decided y not get online a chat with sprint customer service , He told me to power phone off wait a minute before i power it on so that the update he sent me goes through k,i then power my phone on and he said go to the link i just sent you ,so i did he said download the cab i sent you it was a sprint tv cab i said wait you sent me a sprint tv cab you want me to download that so i did to my device he said your picture mail should now work , i sent a picture to my girl and yes it did in less then a minute she got it lol. The thing is that he got it from sprint he sent it to me just go online chat with them and thell send it 2 u that easy

i just updated my profile a half hour ago (and it actually updated, usually it just says it can't), and i had my friend send me a pic and i got it in a few seconds. i sent her one, and she got it too.

now, in a week, when the system breaks again, we can all come here and try the sprint tv cab as a last ditch effort to fix a system that shouldn't even exist in the first place.
