My G-Sensor isn't working

I can't get my g-sensor to even move when i'm trying to calibrate. Do i need to install an update of some sort? thanks!

well apparently my thread sucks... i'm still searching though!

Did it just stop working or is it a new phone? If it is new you need to hard reset it first. If it stopped the you will most likely need to take it in for repair. Follow the first link in my sig for more info.
