So last but not least, i beleive nothing is wrong with your mail server, not with your TF3D, its just a matter of whether the mesage has been downlaoded to your mobile or only headers. So, i advise you go to message settings and choose to download at least 5KB of each email. I beleive this will fix your problem. Cheers |

Re: "Click to view message" - how to solve this?
Firstly, Thanks for the response. This doesn't happen in any other account - hotmail, gmail - even if the message is sent in HTML. Let me ask you this - are you using bbconnect or activesync for your corporate emails? I guess that will answer my question reason i am asking is that only in activesync you can specify the message size to download. since i use an app called bbconnect, there is only one option "enable auto-more" - what it does is when the message is large, it will automatically go and get more.
please let me know your setup to help me fix this. thanks |

My gmail account via seven does this as well.

Re: "Click to view message" - how to solve this?
I'm also using Seven and my Gmail account shows "Click to view message". Kind of defeats the purpose of having the glass envelope.

Re: "Click to view message" - how to solve this?
You're right, I had the no envelope mod and it was useless. The glass envelope looks great but again, useless... Do accounts not via seven hide the email for you too? Someone mentioned to me that it might be the TF3D files/versions. I want to get to the bottom of this...

Re: "Click to view message" - how to solve this?
As someone mentioned, it could be if you're only getting the headers and not the body of the message. Since a couple people said it does it with Gmail and Seven as well. If you click on it to view the message, does the body display right away, or does it have to download it?
I just use the Windows Live app, but I do have it set to download the first 30,000 characters and not just the headers. I *think* if I get an HTML email I will get that message as well, but I don't usually get full HTML emails that are legit, most of them do into my Junk folder lol.
