Lost all programs!!!
 

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!

Ok, here is my problem. I did a hard reset, reinstalled Goods sprint clean up cab. Everything was fine. Reinstalled the data backup cab, and went and did a restore to get my contacts and stuff back. When I restored, my contacts are there, but all the programs are GONE... Some one please help....

Looks like you need to reinstall all your programs again.

Yes I would assume so, I cant even open file explorer to install cabs. Any suggestions?

Hrmm if you cant open file explorer something went wrong after that hard reset..Are you using a custom rom?

No stock rom...

Have you tried doing another hard rest?
Try using the "Clear Storage" hard reset option under "Settings".

Well the only problem with the hard reset is that i had to call sprint and get walked thru all these different functions just to get the phone back fully functional. After the hard reset all i could do was make phone calls, no net, no nothing.

Do another hard reset and try another restore.

After the restore just go into Settings > System >Update Profile

My internet stopped working for a bit, but after a Profile update, everything was running fine again.
