Any one know how to set ringers to go at certain times?

looking for software that lets you , make your phone set a schedule for ringtones. Say one at 2 pm then swith to another at 430. Any thing like this out there.

I'm pretty sure the OP was looking for a program that would just change the actual ringtone for all incoming calls at a specific time, not place a fake call to him.
