Get PPCPimBackup (free) - the backup file it creates can be opened with winzip; inside you will find a contacts.csc file. Extract this file and import it into Excel (it's a delimited file - mine is delilmited by a semicolon - I don't remember if that's customizable). From Excel you can create reports to print.

ok I'm getting close I just can't quite get it to look correct in Excel yet as the number and names are scattered. I'm trying to define it in excell
