Scrolling; not Zooming
 

hey guys, can someone post the .cab or scripting to use the circle for scrolling instead of zooming. im not having luck finding it here.
And if you do find it EXACTLY in a search please just post the link here

Can someone attach the embedded .cab here in PPCGeeks i can not get the download to work from the other site
