I know at first when Touch Pro was in it's earlier marketing stages it was boasting a camera eye on the front as well as the rear of the phone.

The sprint version doesn't have the front camera.

oh well, at least this thread is only posted once a week instead of once every other day like it used to be.

its great when people are like "yeah i dunno, isn't it a camera?" even when everyone else is telling them that its just a sensor. and yes, thats all it is. cdma doesn't support video calling, thus, no camera. its not sprint that did it, its htc. the alltel cdma version is the same as sprint's, and also lacks a vga camera on the front. hell, even the att version lacks the vga camera on the front, and gsm DOES support video calling.

I have been a part of ppc geeks for almost 2 years... Your tone is a little negative. I did not know.... Never have I felt like an idiot from this forum till today... And I am a physician, but that's besides the point. I am sorry for asking the question... But isnt that what forums are supposed to be?

Don't worry, you are getting it easy compared to how some people have gotten it in the past lol
