How does one back up their "My Text" using PIM Backup?

Not too much going on there as to help me find where the files are located. To clarify I simply need to find what file holds the "My Text" phrases so I can hopefully back it up.

if you use ppcpimbackup i think you can backup JUST the texts out of it.
