2 Storage Cards in Explorer

Hi, I had to do a hard reset, and now when I look at file explorer, I have 2 entires for storage card.

Storage Card (just has my documents)
Storage Cars 2 (this is the real one)

Can I just delete the "Storage Card" folder? And why did this happen?

Thanks

Ive had this before also, what I did was remove my storage card SD and then delete the folder called storage card.

put the SD back in, and it worked.

Very annoying. lol

I used to get this on my 6700. Usually, it happened when I was running programs that loaded on start from my card. I found that popping the card out, then deleting any storage card folders that remain, rebooting, and popping the card back in fixed it...until the next time it happened.

Same thing happened to me while messing with ##PRT#. I deleted the storage card folder (which was empty) and renamed the storage card2... It didn't let me rename so I soft reset and everything went back to normal.

Have you changed your settings anywhere to have your cache folder as the storage card? this is usually the main cause of the 'duplicate' folder... not sure why.

I find this happens when i use ClearTemp to move my IE, email, and temp folders to my storage card.

hope this sheds some light for someone...
