Keyboard Help!

for some reason my keyboard does not want to work. Ive tried a hard and soft reset and it still does not work. Is there a specific setting to make it work or something

can someone help!!

are you saying when you slide it out, nothing happens?

when i slide it out the screen changes as its suppose to...but when i press on the keyboard in a text message, i get no respond at all.

why not get a replacement? if you have sprint that's an instant upgrade to a pro!

well thing is i do have a PRO lol i guess i'll just have to take it in then? :/

my keyboard stopped working and it was after the 30 days so i sent it in to HTC and they sent it back fixed free of charge minus shipping and handling......after about 3 weeks

There is no trick to fix a broken keyboard when they quit they are done take it in and get it replaced.
