help with picture mail

hey guys i need your help. whenever i send a picture mail the phone saves the number. so the next time im going to send another picture mail when im going to write a number o contact the first numbers it shows are the ones i have send messages before. i know for some people this is convinient. but i dont want those numbers to appear the next time im going to send a picture mail. could you guy tell me how to delete them from the list thank you for your help.

i like the idea of this feature but you have to know what phone number belongs to everyone. why not show a name? i would turn this off too if i knew how b/c i cannot remember all of my contact's numbers.

yea i dont like that it only shows the number instead of the name and also i want to take it off because i dont want the number of people i have send messages to be display when im going to send a new picture mail. i rather get it from my contacts list or type the address.

Someone else asked about this recently and I don't think there is a solution. I tried finding that thread but I missed it. Hopefully someone else will post the link.

The picture mail I had on my Vogue showed the name, not the number of the people you sent pictures to, I miss that.

hey,

There is a setting in the registry that has a value for the number of recent contacts that sprint picturemail will keep in memory. Just set it to zero. Use total commander to search to navigate to: HKCU\\Software\Verisign\PicturemaMail\UIConfig\Con tactView\Count. I think the default value is 4. Set it to 0. Then perfoemt a soft-reset and check it out.
