Total memory question

My HTC shows only 97.23MB of total memory but on screenshots of other HTC's I am seeing like 216mb. I'm constantly at ~90% in use. Is somethign wrong here?

Verizon is your problem. They crippled their Touch Pro and removed about 100mb of RAM.
