Having trouble getting my TP to sync with outlook 07

i have the accounts setup correctly on my phone but i never get any mail unless its a picture mail .

i know there is new mail i have sent myself a few emails to test so has a few friends and family

please help the

what exactly are you trying to do? discribe the problem some more please and then we can help you. are you trying to get email from outlook on your phone or email from your phone to outlook? or just sync all together? what OS are you running?

oh sorry

i want to check my email on my phone im normally on the run a lot and the normal txt sometimes is just not enough .


im running vista sp1

first of all for vista you need to install Windows Mobile Device Center http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/help/synchronize/device-synch.mspx

and if you just want to set up to receive your email on your TP that has nothing to do with Sync.

to get email simply go to the email tab hit menu at the bottom and select accounts then select new account and it will walk you through the set up.

i have WMDC installed


i have my accounts set up on my phone 2 of them i can not check my email from my phone


my picture mail txt is fine , but i can not get any email

yes both accounts are set up correctly
