that is what happened to me your gonna have to reset thats the only answer i found when you unistall there is something missing in there somewhere i just hard reset and called it a day

Yup, already did.

No big deal, I had a current Sprite BU so I hard reset & then did a restore.

I don't think I would recommend using this dialer at this time.

lol heck no same thing i said bout the other dialer of mr hawaii awesome to have but cant uninstall very well sorry you were the guniea pig

Yep, same thing... that turquoise wasn't what I was wanting.. but I liked the actual number pad, didn't like the status screen... oh well, I just backed-up on Monday so easy enough reset.
