htc touch pro voice mail

Hey,is any body having any problems of not getting alerts for voice mail even when you go to the settings under sound and notifications and set it for ,play sound,display,and vibrate i get nothing i just check them after i miss a call and find out i have a few but i am not getting notified,anybody know what it could be.

r u using a custom rom? if so something could be clashing

did u just set up your phone(ie activate)?? make sure you goto, "update profile" in the settings, system tab too and try that..

when i activated mine, this was what i had to do to get it to work

I AM USING THE PHONES STOCK I HAVE HAD IT FOR 3MONTHS AND HAVE NOT CHECKED OUT ITS POTENIALS,BUT I NOTICE ONE DAY I CHECKED MY VOICEMAIL BY PRESSING 1 AND I HAD LIKE 20 VM'S BUT NO ALERTS.THATS CRAZY
