Advanced Replacement
Hello all. I finally submitted an advanced replacement for my wife as her Mogul has been giving her major issues for the past month. The touch screen would just stopped reading touches as if the digitizer was malfunctioning. It would also turn off at random. Also had problems answering calls. Now that the TP was shipped as a replacement, her Mogul has miraculously come back to life. Since there is a clause stating that if the phone is in working order, there will be a charge to her account, should I just send the TP back?

Re: Advanced Replacement
Actually you should not brick it because AE is only for working (but malfunctioning) phones. If you send them a total brick they will charge you $125. A phone with no problems they only charge you $75.

Re: Advanced Replacement
I would just send it back they don't even check them they just toss them in the referb pile they will never know. I had a similar situation with my wife's treo I just sent it in and never heard a word from Sprint about it. Besides if they try to charge you just tell them it was malfunctioning when you sent it in and if its working now they can send it back to you and you can return the TP.
