Is Blueant V1 good for Touch Pro

I am very interested in purchasing a Blueant V1 for my touch pro. I have the Jawbone 2 but I don't like it. Everyone I talk to say I sound terrible and it keeps fading out.

So ALL reviews of the Blueant V1 are needed. Thanks

***Also Blueant has came out with the firmware update to fix the issues with HTC****

You've not fitted your jawbone correctly. If you can get it on your head right, it's fantastic.

Mine is, and so is my wife's.

Re: Is Blueant V1 good for Touch Pro

I have the blueant V1 and I LOVE IT very nice bt hands down best one I ever bought...I said get it. Good batt. Life hearing is good speaking good. But like crownme24 said updating the firmware is just plain nasty I still haven't done it. The process of updating make lil to no sense to me just can't do it. But out the box its great.

Thats cool. I had the blueant z9 and I know how the update process goes. Thanks everyone. I ordered it off of newegg.com for $74 and already sold the jawbone for 70 on craigslist

Re: Is Blueant V1 good for Touch Pro

I've had the Blueant V1 since October of last year. I give it a 9 (1-10,10 being the best). The voice that Blueant uses in this device is so nice and clear. When you say "phone commands" and have to listen to the computer voice in the Touch Pro, it's awful (like a night and day difference). Battery life is great. I used mine during hunting season here in Michigan under a ski mask so I could "work" while hunting. I just can't praise Blueant enough for the complete hands free ability of the V1. I never had to look at my phone when a call came in so the TP could be under many layers of clothing. I could utilize the TP phone commands like "What time is it" and things like that. Wish I could play my music through it but that is the main reason why it didn't get a 10. I never used the Jawbone so I can't compare to that. Good luck.
