anyone know how to stream scanamerica scanner broadcasts

I did a search and something said to install realplayer. that didnt work. I'd like to stream the following link... http://stcharles.mo.scanamerica.us/p...1233091063.asx

Any suggestions?

I went to the mobile site and was able to monitor. From the mobile site, the link is a m3u file which TCPMP opens with no problem.
