Touch Pro going black
My Touch Pro screen is going black. Sometimes my today screen will come on and sometimes it won't, the screen would just be black. Sometimes my today screen comes up, then it fades to black. I've done a hard reset, soft reset, taken the battery out and etc and the problem may go away for a few minutes, but then the screen goes black again.

Is anyone else having this problem and if so, how do you remedy it? Do I just need to get another TP? I've tried to search this forum for some answers but couldn't find any so I'm just aksing.

Any information on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds faulty, I'd go for a replacement if hard reset didn't fix it.

Take it to a service center and get them to test it. If it is a bad device, they will replace it for free if you have the insurance.

**update**

just left the sprint service center, they could NOT fix my screen. So they offered me the option of paying $55.00 for a new phone with no insurance. Phone comes in Wed.
Thanks for all help, not just with this problem, but this actual site overall.

Wow...glad you're getting a new phone. Insurance really is a good investment though. You might want to think about adding it on.
