I am going to assume that you are talking about the camera on the front of the phone that you have seen in pictures. A little research would reveal that is not on the cdma version of the phone. They did not place it in the ear piece (that just isn't possible) nor cover it up with the front housing. With this information I am sure you can make the conclusion that video calling is not possible with the secondary camera.
