Had to say "Good Bye"
I had to say goodbye to my mogul this week. Not by choice. It bricked and I was not going to wait for HTC to do a warranty repair. I had no insurance, but was offered to pay $55 repair fee and was given a Touch Pro replacement. Yeah!!! Sucky thing is I'm not sure if it in new or referb. It can w/o memory card or holder. I will miss the Mogul's buttons to program and scroll wheel. So glad to be here, as well as the Touch 6900 as well for my wile(Thanks to Torx)

Re: Had to say "Good Bye"
W/o accessories = probably refurb. Though I thought when they gave you a different device under the repair program that you were supposed to get accessories.

Re: Had to say "Good Bye"
hmmm... its an upgrade, don't worry about the buttons, now you have enough ram to actually do the things you want to do :)

Re: Had to say "Good Bye"
Its a referb, but who cares. You only had to pay $55 for a pro; and if any goes wrong just bring it back

Re: Had to say "Good Bye"
I did receive most of the stuff from the box, just missing the holster and the mem card. I called them and voiced my concerns and they assured me it was new, and would see about the missing items. I know I could see if my mogul was a referb. How can you tell on the Pro?

##786# see if it refurb
Also if they give you different model they usually give you box with all accessories. |
Re: Had to say "Good Bye"

Re: Had to say "Good Bye"
did it come in the black square box that sprint sells, or a generic box?
