SPB Backup and a second Sprint Touch Pro

Hi Everyone,

I have a question. If I buy a second Sprint Touch Pro and have backed up all my files via SPB Backup on TP#1, is it possible to restore everything that is backed up on #1 to #2? So that when finished, I will have the same programs and contacts on both phones. My TP has original rom if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Yes however some programs are integrated into the phone that they were first installed on. You may lose some of those programs(i.e. If you bought a game through handango there is a possibility it will not work on the new phone due to copyright issues) The program doesnt know that you have swapped over to a different phone. With SPB Backup you can select what programs you want but it is going to take some time. Good Luck

As long as you are using the same ROM, it should work perfectly. Make sure you use the same owner's name if you have 3rd party software that generates a license code based on that name.
