TF3D Woes

My phone was locked up this morning with a "cannot start repplog.exe" error. After soft reset, my phone refuses to start TF3D. No errors or anything, just get nothing. I haven't done any mods in quite a while.

Anyone have any ideas on this or any ways of recovering TF3D without resorting to a hard reset?

Didn't want to have to hard reset, but I'll try that out.

Yeah, but its more the apps/tweaks/configuration/etc that I hate having to redo. I'll try a total backup, but I'd imagine if something got corrupted it would bring it over after the hardreset.

Have tried that and all. Even copying files from internal to SD is MAD slow. Something is definitely messed up, hopefully somehow it is something software and not yet another hardware failure. Activesync won't even work, so I can't connect and copy my **** to my computer from the internal storage.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm waiting for my file copy to finish so I can hard reset. Even copying a 70kb file to the sd card takes a good 45 seconds, its so slow I can't even use HTC Backup so I don't know whats up, but I'm hoping a hardreset fixes it.
