aGPS shortcut ?
 

I've seen quick links to turn wifi and bluetooth on/off...but how about aGPS?

I'd like to be able to quickly enable aGPS while using navigation software, as in mapped to soft key or start menu. I know their is an option in Advanced Config 3.3, but would this require a soft reset before it takes effect? Any ideas?

Ok, before this will be answered let me ask you this so I can understand your intent and probe your knowledge of GPS..... Bear with me...

Because it would be nice to use GPS apps when I'm indoors and get crappy GPS reception.

Partly because I want to test the whole debate about aGPS speeding up/slowing down gps locks and tracking.

Right now I have aGPS turned off, and I get nearly instant locks on my Touch Pro w/ Google and Live maps. :headbang: Sprint Nav not so much.:???:

So does this mean you actually have an answer or were you just "testing" my gps knowledge?
