okay so i got a new phone, i synced my old phones phonebook onto my computer but they wont sync onto my new one.... any ideas?

Make sure you have advanced network compatibility unchecked on your Touch Pro.. And make sure you have your Touch Pro set up for Active Sync when you connect it to a computer...

i have the same problem as you but i checked those settings and it still wont work. it connects fine on my vista machine at work, but my win7 box will not recognize the phone when its set to activesync but it will on drive mode

That's a known issue with Win 7 not working properly with syncing a WM phone... Hopefully it will get worked out soon...

Is your contact info stored in Outlook on your pc?

Verify Active Sync /Menu/Make sure that option is checked/ticked..mine came of somehow ,drove me nuts for a while..nomsayin..:mrgreen:
