What are the best settings for recording video and also for taking pictures on the Touch Pro? Including advanced settings, if possible...

My photo settings are:

Contrast +3
Saturation +4
Sharpness +2

Video I have not figured out the best codec yet, haven't really done much testing.

The settings I have are:

Contrast 4
Saturation 4
Sharpness 5

I get pretty good pics with these settings
