Sprint HTC Touch Pro Internet, TV, Radio FIX

Sprint HTC Touch Pro (CDMA) ONLY

Are you having trouble getint into the internet or using your Sprint TV (or Sprint Music)? Your M. IP setting may be set wrong.

Here is how to fix that issue:

1- Dial ##778#
2- Select EDIT
3- Enter your Unlock Code (also known as MSL code)
for this you may have to contact Sprint Customer Service (*2 on your Sprint Phone). It is different for every phone. It is a 6 digit code.
4- Select VIEW INFO (at botton of screen)
5- Select M.IP Settings
6- On Item: Active User Profile Index Change the setting to a 1 (sometimes the system defaults to 0). Change the setting by holding down stylus on the number and selecting edit.
7- once changed select OK for both POP up messages.

Phone will re-start and then you are good to go.

old news bro, we went through all this with the diamond also. i think theres a sticky on it. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=37642 not just for the pro either. when i first got one of my diamonds, sprint didnt even know about the fix. teck. support also. lol

I'm pretty much having this issue thanks to Sprint claiming that I called in to cancel my Sprint account.

When they re-activated my account, my provisioning started right as I was trying to make a test-call, and I hit the cancel button on the "setting up provisioning". Is there any way to re-activate provisioning so I can have access to the DATA back?

re-activate provisioning - try start->settings->system tab update profile

yeah, i got the diamond the day that it came out, and they didn't even know how to set it up in the store. they got the phone part working, but the guy told me i'd have to call tech support to get the data working cause he just didn't know how to. i got a tp the day those were released, and the guy forgot to do anything to the phone. he literally gave me the phone, after it ran the customizations, and didn't even put it in the system. i've had the worst luck with sprint and these phones lol

I got an insurance replacement Touch Pro on Monday and was unable to use data. I knew about this fix and applied the correct active profile number. When this still didn't fix it, I took it to a Sprint store and spent 2 hours standing there because they were unsure of how to fix it. Initially, they tried to tell me there was a network outage, and then they tried to tell me that I had called and had data blocked for my account. When my wife pulled out her Diamond and started surfing, they finally called tech support. A hard-reset later and for some reason the data worked.
