Volume too loud

When I play a game it won't let me adjust sound (it doesn't go into that volume screen). Is there another way to adjust it?

Also - even at it's lowest setting - when I play a game it's still screeching loud. Any way to reduce it?

Re: Volume too loud

sim city 2000. But it's not even the game that is really annoying me (although not adjusting volume is).

Just the general volume control on sprint. there has to be another volume control or something.

Re: Volume too loud

When I put the system volume all the way down - my earpiece is still fairly loud. I thought my volume buttons weren't working at all, since the sound is loud even with no volume bars. Yet I don't find the speaker loud enough - even with full volume bars.

yeah it seems very touch and go. some applications very loud and i can't turn it low enough. other apps it's way to low and i can't turn it high enough.
