TCMP and H264 video Choppy

I've installed TCMP GF5500 Edition. I've tried the h264cab and without, omnia d3d files and not. I've tried several version of the TCMP program but none will play my video encoded to 640x360 Baseline, level 1.0 h264. Video is choppy. Here is a copy of my benchmark results, any help or clues would be appreciated:

Re: TCMP and H264 video Choppy

Newer releases of Core Player have some performance enhancements for the Touch Pro/Diamond. Beyond that it's likely that this device just doesn't have the performance we might like it to.
