Believe it or not they use BT for WM devices. It's a pain in the A** too, because it hardly ever works. Once it does, it's butter. The only reason I know is because they use the same machines we do, only we get the option of transferring to sim cards which is hella easier.

I used bluetooth to transfer contacts from motorola razr to Touch PRO it is really not much of a problem at all.....it allows you to select more than 1 contact at a time...sure it might be a bit more time consuming than other methods but it will definitely work
