TP reception sucks

i have been dealing with this for weeks now. text messages coming in late, phone doesnt ring but acknowledges voicemail. doesnt ring when people call.

anyone else notice lack of reception/signal strength?

try a different radio or exchange your phone

Ya, I've noticed this as well. Not to the extent you have but simply having a wall in my place between me and outside I barely get 2 bars. But I suppose it could be worse.

Check your carrier out... See if the reception in your area is poor in general...

Try changing the PST... Might help a bit...

Reception with the TP is no worse than the 6800 or 6700.

Can't speak for those models, but mine is no worse than my previous V9m. Same amount of bars, in the same places and haven't had an issue with missing calls(it IS slow at actually ringing tho, but it does ring).

Reception for me is as good if not better than the 700wx, 6800, and the 6900 on Sprint. Get an exchange.

You are obviously with Sprint....It's not your phone and it's not just you. I have the TP, and I have a custom rom on Sprint and I am having none of these issues. My GF on the other hand has the Samsung Rant on my account and she is having all of the above. Keep calling Sprint everytime you have an issue thats all you can do.
