Make a copy of this file: windows\opera9\opera6.adr. This file contains your bookmarks. When you hard rest just copy this file back to the same directory.

Re: Any Way To Backup My Opera Favorites?

I found a file named Opera6, but I couldn't see any suffix ".adr" so I assumed this was the correct one(?). I am using Opera-10 beta that just got released, so is there any way to transfer my Opera default HTC Touch Pro browser bookmarks I just copied into my newly installed Opera 10 beta? THANKS! :)

PS below...

- The Opera6 file under the original Opera software was 125kb with today's date attached to it (although I haven't added any bookmarks today?) does this sound correct?

- The closest thing I found under the Opera10 folder on my micro-SD card was "opcacrt6" which was 123k with yesterday's date attached to it?

Don't thank me, I asked more questions, haha! Unless, you weren't thanking me, and in that case - DOH!

Anyway, I'm about to do a hard reset on my Verizon TP, because I got a factory replacement in the mail and have to send my current Alltel version back, but don't want any personal data getting into anyone's hands.

Another helpful tip for backing up is to save all your login info for websites.
Windows/opera9/SECURE/WAND.dat.
