[APP] Dr SigStat v0.31 [1/17/09]
 

This is a simple .net 3.5 application I decided to make while testing out new radios for my touch pro. Posting on here in case someone else finds this useful.

Currently Shows:
Battery Charge Level %
Signal Strength
Signal Strength Average
Samples Gathered over Elapsed Time

Program updates every 4 seconds.

I'm using Sprint, currently the only two I've used is sprint's v1.03.15F and Telus v1.04.05V. I haven't done much testing with my application yet as I just finished what you see there, but from what I can tell the Telus radio dominates. I also plan on implementing a battery discharge rate, sampling while the device is in standby (if possible), and options and customizations in the future.

I'm new to C# and .net compact so It might take me a while to implement this stuff.

edit: Once I clean up the code I'll release it also, it started out as a test project so a lot of the code is messy

I'll be looking forward to using this to test our radios for me, as well.

I am currently on the Teuls 1.04 one, and it "seems" better by looking at the bars (but those are so coarse), but I still have the same reception dead zones I had with stock sprint (annoyingly, the only real deadzone I have is while sitting at my work desk, which unfortunately is where I spend the majority of my time)

battery life last alot longer with the 1.11.00f radio from the leaked diamond rom, please test this. I am more than happy with stock battery now that I upgraded to that radio
