Keyboard issue, need help reflashing stock

My keyboard has stopped working, so I need to take my touch pro into Sprint for warranty service.

I know this has been covered, but can't find the information I need via search.

I think I've successfully flashed back to stock rom & radios. How can I check the versions? What should they be?

I wish i could help you also. I am having the same problem and this will be my 6 replacement. I never had a custom rom before and now i do. Do i have to flash back to stock before going? If so how do i do it?
