Noob question....Loading files from Pc finding in file explorer

Well, my menu has changed, along with my clock, I put a flip clock on there, now 2 of the 3 letters are black and one is white, put a cab file on my phone from my pc, when I open file explorer, the menu is different, I cannot locate where the audio fix is, the picture mail is, the flip clock, or the black slide to answer is which I am trying to install, can anyone help?

Also meant to add, I just found some thing I just put on the phone a minute ago, and I double click them, and nothing. Am I doing something wrong?
