Verizon Voice Privacy

I recently installed a cab to change my battery icon, and now I always have the unlocked phone icon whenever I make a call. I tried uninstalling the cab and resetting the registry values, and copying the original .dll file, but it didn't work. Should I hard reset? Is it a Verizon issue? I don't want to have to reset and reinstall everything if I don't have to.

My Sprint one always shows that icon even though in the settings I have it set to not show me.
