Program to make the screen rotate

I know there is a program that comes stock on the phone to make the screen rotate when you turn the phone, my question is this. Is there a program you can download that will do that same thing? My phone is not stock and didn't come with this program.

I have a stock Sprint TP and can't find any "program that comes stock on the phone to make the screen rotate when you turn the phone" on it or in the manual. Am I missing something? Before I go 3rd party, can anyone point me to it? There is a leveler program in settings. But that doesn't seem to do anything functional. BTW, I've read here that the G-rotation doesn't play in most applications.
