Email on phone not updating with yahoo email server
 

My boss just got the Touch Pro. On his Mogul, when he would delete emails off the phone, they would delete off the server next time it sent/received mail. It would also mark the emails as read on the phone, after a s/r, if they were read on his laptop.

His touch pro keeps all emails as unread until he physically marks them as read on the phone, and it doesn't delete back to the server. I've gone through all the settings, and the only one I found was the "delete items from server when they are deleted from phone" check box, which is checked, but it still doesn't work.

He's using POutlook, and his email is set up as a POP email. Any help out there? Something I should look at?

I have the "delete items from server when they are deleted from phone" check box checked and it works on my TP, so I don't know why it wouldn't work for him. Maybe try soft-resetting and see if it works after that.
