scrambled pictures?

Ok, my camera doesn't want to work.
with the 3 MP pics, it won't save them at all.
i reduce the quality, and the pictures come out garbled.
anyone ever see this? what could i have done to cause this?

I had this type of result when I was messing with the camera registry... can't remember what I did but I undid it ASAP... sorry.

Dude that doesnt look good but hopeful it can be fixed, uninstall and undo whatcha did...if not HR.

well, i never had the issue before when i did it, but i went into my advanced config under Camera and changed the "encode photos in portait mode" to "No", and that seemed to work.

go figure
