Volume Control w/ Audiopara Cab HELP

I installed the audiopara CAB and it definitely increased the volume on my TP phone. However, when I use the volume control on the side of the phone, it shows the volume getting lower on the screen, but the volume stays the same. When you are in a quiet room, the volume is actually so loud that other people around you can hear the other party on the phone. Is there a CAB or registry hack that allows to still take advantage of the louder sound from audiopara but still allow you to lower the volume when talking so other people can't hear it. Thanks in advance for any help or insight!!

Re: Volume Control w/ Audiopara Cab HELP

i totally second this. need a range.

the volume control on HTC Pro is pretty sucky in my opinion. Why go to an alternate screen for volume? Why do I have to click to go back to where I was?

Can I not hear the sound get lower and higher?

I haven't installed the audiopara cab and I have this problem. My volume is fairly loud even with no volume bars on the screen.

Re: Volume Control w/ Audiopara Cab HELP

i tried installing the "lite" version of this and still no change. the volume is louder, but still won't adjust down when i use the volume control buttons on the side of the phone. I'm using S2U2 version 1.40. Could that be the problem. I thought i read something about that conflicting with controlling the volume.

Re: Volume Control w/ Audiopara Cab HELP

I ran into that issue using Juggalo's ROM. He pre-installed the full boost and at 0 volume it was still too loud to have to my ear. Installing the lite boost cab over seemed to make no difference. I switched to Dream's ROM (0.7) and don't have this issue.

Edit: I don't use S2U2 so that certainly isn't it.

Re: Volume Control w/ Audiopara Cab HELP

I would say remove the original .CAB before installing the .Lite version.. idk.. I am running a stock Sprint ROM and the Lite worked great for me.. I hope your issue can be solved!
