if i buy a TP from spring... can i do a hardreset and change everything to be like the one from the company (the one with no brand)... :???:

No you cant and i think you mean the unlocked 1 and all a hard reset is turn the phone back to the way it was when you bought it

No, because the CDMA versions of the pro are all different from the 'standard' unlocked pro.

if you hard reset a sprint or spring tp, its still a sprint tp.

I think there is a cab out there for the stock HTC theme, instead of the sprint one. Try searching for that...
