Cant find it coz it ain't there....for contacts you can use a free app imback up , posted on the TP essentials uptop. Or you can use Resco back up, spb back up,Sprite back up all paid but give you two weeks trials

I'm using DashWire:

As Darren mentioned earlier...the 800w comes with Sprite backup, which allows you to backup more than just pim info.

I use PimBackup & SK Tools.I also use outlook to backup contacts,calender,email,tasks, ect. .....sync to backup when connected to active sync
