losing my top bar occasionally
 

I have seen this problem posted before, but didn't pay much attention as it never applied to me before.

I just loaded a new TF3D theme, it is the same thing as my old one except the clock is different:

Ever since, I occasionally lose the top bar & all the icons & have to do a soft reset to bring them back. Anybody know a fix for this??
