Re: Help Home Key/Phone button loose

that has always woried me, the display model at a local store here had the button face ripped right off. not sure what it's fastened on with, it's supposed to be touch sensitive though, so probably more than just glue, don't rip it off, try to get it replaced

Haha, mine is exactly like that. I have no advice for a fix. I've been dealing with it although it is extremely annoying.

Oh I guess I will spend my Saturday waiting at the Sprint store. The last time I went there for service it took just under 3 hours to swap my dead mogul.

Re: Help Home Key/Phone button loose

I've got the exact same problem with mine. There is some kind of glue that is supposed to hold the pad down. If I push it down it will stick for a bit, then pop up again. I assume at some point, the whole plate will fall off...

Mine does the same if press down evenly. It fooled me a few times into thinking it might have clicked back into place. But I will be taking it to Sprint tomorrow hopefully the line isn't too long.
